01 — BOOKING & DEPOSIT 予約・デポジット
A deposit of 30% of the total session fee is required upon confirmation of the session details following the initial consultation. Dates are not held until the deposit has been received and confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable except where stated in the cancellation policy below.
ご予約後、初回打ち合わせを経てセッション内容が合意に至った時点で、セッション料金の30%をデポジット（予約金）としてお支払いいただきます。デポジットのお支払いが確認されるまで、日程の確保はされません。デポジットは、以下のキャンセルポリシーに定める場合を除き、返金されません。
02 — PAYMENT & DELIVERY お支払い・納品
Edited files are delivered upon completion of the session. After you have reviewed the delivered files, an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
編集済みデータはセッション完了後に納品いたします。納品データをご確認いただいた後、残金の請求書を発行いたします。お支払いは請求書発行後14日以内にお願いいたします。
Payment is accepted via credit card, Apple Pay, and other Square-supported methods. All prices are inclusive of consumption tax (10%).
クレジットカード・Apple Payなど、Square対応の決済方法がご利用いただけます。表示価格はすべて消費税（10%）込みです。
Due to the nature of creative services, sessions are not subject to cooling-off cancellation rights. 本サービスは役務提供であり、その性質上クーリングオフの適用対象外となります。
03 — CANCELLATION キャンセル
撮影5日以上前：デポジットのみ（返金なし）/ Deposit only (non-refundable) 撮影5日前以降：料金の50% / 50% of total fee 当日キャンセル：料金の全額 / 100% of total fee
初回打ち合わせ前・デポジット支払い前のキャンセルは費用なしで承ります。 Cancellations before the initial consultation and before deposit payment are accepted without charge.
天災・急病等やむを得ない事情によるキャンセルは個別対応いたします。 Cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances will be handled individually.
04 — RESCHEDULING & WEATHER 延期・天候
天候による延期は追加料金なしで3回まで対応いたします。 Weather-related rescheduling is accepted up to 3 times at no additional charge.
お客様のご都合による延期は1回目は無料、2回目以降¥5,000/回。 For personal reasons: first change complimentary, ¥5,000 per occurrence thereafter.
05 — DELIVERABLES 納品物
納品データはレタッチ・色調整済みJPEGファイルです。納品後60日間保管。データ受け取り後は速やかにバックアップをお取りください。 All delivered images are fully edited JPEG files. Files retained for 60 days after delivery.
06 — RAW DATA OPTION RAWデータ ¥20,000
個人利用のみ。著作権は撮影者に帰属。共有時はクレジット表記必須。 Personal use only. Copyright remains with the photographer.
07 — COPYRIGHT 著作権
セッションで撮影した写真・映像の著作権は井上岳丸に帰属します。お客様には個人・非商業目的の非独占的ライセンスを付与します。 All photographs and footage remain the intellectual property of Takemaru Inoue.
08 — PORTFOLIO USE 作品掲載
撮影した写真・映像はポートフォリオ・SNS等に使用する場合があります。掲載不要の場合はご予約時にお申し付けください。 Images may be used for portfolio and social media. Please notify us at booking if you prefer otherwise.
09 — PRIORITY OPTIONS 優先・特急オプション
Priority Booking +¥10,000 / Express Delivery +¥15,000 / Priority + Express +¥20,000
10 — EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT 早期予約割引
6ヶ月以上前：¥10,000割引 / 1年以上前：¥15,000割引（他割引との併用不可）
11 — FORCE MAJEURE 不可抗力・免責
機材故障・天災等による損失が生じた場合、責任の範囲は支払済み料金の返金に限られます。 Liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected session.
12-14 — その他
権利義務の譲渡禁止 / 契約解除 / 準拠法：日本法・管轄：盛岡簡易裁判所または盛岡地方裁判所
